ASX hits 13-month high, new car sales spike, surge in billionaires

The local share market hit a 13-month high yesterday, erasing almost all the losses from the COVID-19 downturn. 

Also today:

  • The number of billionaires around the globe surge, despite the 2020 economic recession.
  • Aussie exporters recover from the bans and tariffs imposed by China.
  • And new car sales spike but electric vehicles remain a very small part of the market.
