Interview: CEO pays shows "we're doing something right"

ASX100 CEO pay has flattened over the last decade, with the median realised pay at $4.15 million compared to $3.96 million a decade ago. The average realised pay for ASX100 CEOs was 55 times the average earnings of an Australian worker, down from to 71 times in FY1.

Ed John is Executive Manager, Governance & Engagement at ACSI - the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors. He talks to Sean Aylmer about ACSI's annual CEO pay study, which identifies the highest-paid CEOs, and delves into golden parachutes, bonuses and more.
